Today we went and spend the afternoon at the Colorado Monument National Park and it was a stunning outing.
Like a step back in time seeing all the rock formations was breathtakingly beautiful.
We are staying at the Canyon View RV Resort here in Grand Junction which is an absolutely beautiful RV Park. Large sites, clean and impressive landscaping. There is a pool and spa, pickle court and volleyball courts. Two wonderful dog runs that our babes love. Also the bathhouse is wonderful. They have two bathhouses that are clean and showers run for 15 min. If one however needs more time you can get another 15 min after a 5 min break.
I admit me and my shower adventures are not for the faint of heart at times and I was a tad worried to only get 15min but I admit shockingly to me I was finished after 10 min. So all was well 😉
Sadly we only have 5 nights here and I wish we had 2 weeks. But we will be coming back this way someday as we are still wanting to explore the Mesa as well as
Utah of course. Once Lucy is fixed and we can move freely all will be so much easier.
So I will make this one short and sweet and attach the photos we took. However I do like to recommend this area to anyone that hasn't been here yet. One could truly benefit in staying here for 2 weeks as there is just so much to see and do. We did see many A-Class Motorhomes pulling their Jeeps (Rubicon) as we were informed a lot of off road exploring is happening in this area as well.
