Pennsylvania - Flight 93 Memorial
This was on our to do list and this Memorial is incredible as in touching the pain of 9/11 and in remembering what happened just 22 years ago. The sacrifice given by the passengers and crew is heartbreaking and to have 1000 acres to reflect in is a gift.
Here where our thoughts while being there:
It’s like a icy hand touches your heart.
22 years do not erase the horror of what terrorism looks like.
For us the 9/11 attack was personal and we never forget, or in my path I will never forgive either. There is nothing, absolutely nothing that justifies terrorism.
