Colorado - Moving On….

Our stay at Peak RV Resort came to an end yesterday, the 30th of May. We spend 2 weeks and one day there and we left after getting lots of hugs in from the people we met in those 15 days. E-mails were exchanged under the promises we will meet up again someday or maybe even caravan somewhere together. So another little adventure ended and we were able to get Lucy, Lou and Rosalina ready to move out in 2 1/2 hours. Not to shabby as one gets settled in quick and it is indeed faster pulling things out instead of storing items away. Our system as of now seems to be that Ron focuses on the outside and I on the inside. So water tanks, electric and storing Rosalina are some of Ron’s jobs while I store items inside, clean Lucy on the inside as in wiping down all the cleared surfaces and floors. Then to prep for departure all the area around the slides have to be clear, doors latched and all stowaway secured. Then Ron watches from outside while I pull in the slides which is then followed by the levers coming in. Then Ron takes over the inside and I move outside as he gets to line up Lucy to hook up Lou. Always nerve racking for me, however, lucky me got a break as our neighbor volunteered to guide Ron in and the two had her hooked up in probably less then a minute. I tell you I am getting a complex as this never goes that fast when I do the guiding…. 

So of we are on a new adventure, up in the beautiful area of Morrison, CO. This one will be a new one for us as we will be ‘Moochdocking’ as some call it.
